Ciara is a great artist and dancer. She came out about five years ago with the single "My Goodies". Ciara just recently came out with a new video "Work" featuring Missy Elliot. On the Graffiti beat... is it art or not??

Graffiti is a way of expressing oneself..Its vibrant, fun, and full of life. Just as traditional art shows a conflict or struggle so does graffiti art just in a different way. Minorities and younger people usually participate in graffiti art and it is usually seen in lower income neighborhoods. I believe it us awesome and creative but it should not harm nice buildings.

This video is a true work of art because of the costumes, colors, and dances. I love Michael Jackson and this video is so artistic and creative. He is a great performer and the words are romantic. Look at how he disappears into the floor and uses egyptian type qualities to make the video realistic.

I know what art is....

Art is an expression of ones emotions and feelings. It displays a struggle, a heartbreak, lies and deception. Art is beautiful and bold. It can not be judged by the stanndards of a single person. Art can ignite an intense feeling inside someones heart or mind. Maybe because of the situation it displays such of war, hatred, or discrimination. It is time suspended in form of paint, scuplture, or sketch. I love art and it is a big part of my life. Displayed in my home are African works and painting of African American men and women. Art is culture and culture is art. It may come in many different colors, shapes, and identities but one thing it has in common is that it's beautiful.

FAVORITE ARTIST

My favorite artist of all time is Mariah Carey. She is beautiful and so is her voice. I feel like she is extremely down to earth and can be funny at times. I'm not so much impressed by her new music but more by her older albums such as Rainbow and Number 1's. I also love her movie Glitter. It's really feminine and cute. At the end I cried when her boyfriend died. MC loves butterflies and so do I. I eventually plan on getting a tattoo of one. She took me by surprise when she married R&B singer Nick Cannon. They're a cute couple but I never would have expected them to be together. Hes soo young and naive and shes much more settled.

Love is a very strong and confusing emotion. It shows us at our best and defines us as our worst. We do crazy and remarkable things for the ones we love. Me and my boyfriend Cameron Dion Holtzclaw met over four monthes ago and ever since then he has made me a very happy person. He keeps me laughing at uptight times and helps keep me on track when I start to lead astray. Were theyre for each other regardless of what happens. Many people may say im too young to have found love but I know one thing. He steps in when everyone else in life steps out and I hope we make things last.
